Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide the best shipping experience, no matter the destination.

​

All orders are sent to processing soon after the order is placed. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-10 business days in the USA; 10-20 days for International.  We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that​  can do it most efficiently.

​

Orders are shipped via USPS. 

​

My order should be here by now but I still don't have it. What should I do?

     

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  *  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  *  Ask your local post office if they have your package

  *  Stop by your neighbors' in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at hello@happyforkeeps.com with your order number.

​

Lost/Stolen Packages

       

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered," the order will not be refunded or replaced. You will need to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim.

​

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order but shipping will be at your own cost.

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.

​

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

​We're sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.  To help us resolve this for you

quickly, please email us at hello@happyforkeeps.com within 1 week's time with photos of damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Cancellations and Changes

Address change or need to cancel? Please Contact us and we'll do our best to help.  Please note that once an order goes into production or ships it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Sizing

​​T-shirts, hoodies/sweatshirts that are unisex may run larger.  ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing sizes prior to purchasing.

​​

All body types vary and therefore sizes are not guaranteed.

​​

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

We hope that you enjoy our Happy for Keeps apparel as much as we do! 

Please note that refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts; we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
